幕后花絮：

原本是在神户的场景实际上是在小樽拍摄的。当时神户只下了一些小雪，位于更北边的小樽却下了非常可观的大雪。

大部分的影片都是在小樽地区的北海道岛上拍摄的。只有一处外景例外是在影片结尾处，渡边博子面对着2年前她的未婚夫藤井树因山难而去世的大山，影片中看到的是八岳山。

片尾在闪回段落中，藤井树回忆起她父亲葬礼的场景中，背景音乐是“一个冬天的故事《A Winter Story》”，开始于一段钢琴独奏，这段钢琴曲子是由年仅8岁的牧野由依弹奏的。

本片是岩井导演所执导的第一部剧场公映剧情长片。
