这应该是1999年的电视电影《地心游记》：

男的要去探险，缺钱，女的是贵妇人，要找失踪的老公，就出钱给他们。
两种高等生物有一种是蜥蜴人。地下的蓝色植物有神奇的治愈功效，但出了地面就枯萎。
网上的视频把标题翻译成《地心世界恐龙王国历险记》，前几个月还有完整的，现在被删得差不多了，只能看到两个小时最多（全长应该是180分钟）。
