兩個警探回到警局後，兇手John來自首了。他說他還藏了兩個人的屍體，但是只能帶Miils和William去，否則他會以精神疾病脫罪，於是倆警探答應了。

他們開車去了荒原，後來有個人送快遞過來，William拆開看到裡面的東西後很驚訝，讓Mills放下槍，這時候John說自己就是嫉妒Envy，急怒之下Mills（John認為Mills是暴怒Wrath）知道了自己的妻子被他殺了，於是開槍打死了John。
