   1）做及物動詞時，意思是「使...高興/振奮起來」，賓語一般是sb/oneself
   如：You should cheer him/yourself up.
   2）做不及物動詞時，意思是「（自己）高興/振奮起來」，此時無賓語，不用被動語態
   如：Hearing the good news, I cheered up.
   2. cheer on只做及物動詞，意思是「向...歡呼；為...鼓勁加油」，可以加sb/sth做賓語（但sth比較少用）。
   且on是副詞，如果賓語是名詞，則賓語放在cheer和on中間或放在on後都可以。
   如果賓語是代詞，則賓語只能放在cheer和on的中間。
   如：We all cheered him on.
   Why not cheer on his wonderful performance? = Why not cheer his wonderful performance on?
   3. cheer for意思是「為…喝彩叫好；為…鼓勁加油」，和cheer on意思基本一樣。
   其後必須加賓語，且賓語sb/sth都可以，同樣sth作賓語少見。
   但是for是介詞，所以其賓語無論是名詞還是代詞，都直接放在for的後面。
   如：We all cheered for him.
   Why not cheer for his wonderful performance?

   
   

   come up with

   come up with是一個沒有被動語態的動詞短語，意為「（針對問題等）提出（觀點）」「想出（辦法）」。 同義片語為think up。如：

   She came up with a new suggestion to solve the problem as well．

   她也提出了一種解決這個問題的新建議。

   We have to come up with the practical measures to prevent the air pollution．

   我們必須找到防止空氣污染的切實可行的辦法。

   It's wonderful for you to come up with such a good idea．

   你能想出這么一個好主意真是太棒了!

   give out

   用完; 消耗盡; 發出(光、聲音); 分發，放出; 用完

   1.put off +名詞=put +物主代詞 off 脫下
   I put off my sweater after coming into the room . 我進屋後脫下運動衫。
   2.put +sth. off 推遲 延期
   The meeting will be put off till next week . 會議延期到下周。
   3.put +sb. off 使某人厭惡,使某人不快,反感,使某人不知所措
